Protein Carrot Bars Recipe


What You Will Need

1 cup oat flour *OR 1 1/4 cup if grinding your own oats into a flour*
2 scoops vanilla whey protein *I used SoyXtreme*
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 all spice
1/8 nutmeg
4 egg whites
1/4 splenda *Artificial Sweetener*
1 cup baby food carrots  *I used organic, has less carbs*
1/4 cup water

PER 2 BARS
94 CALORIES
1.25 G FAT
10 G CARBS
10 G PROTIEN


Pre - Heat oven to 350 Degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl, Oat flour, Protein Powder, Baking soda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, All spice, Salt. *Blend all very well*
Then mix your egg whites, splenda, baby carrot food, water all together
Once all mixed pour dry ingredients into the wet and whisk very well.
Poor into a glass or whatever baking dish you have around,* I used a glass square dish 9” by 4’’*
Bake for about 25 – 30 minutes and let cool for 1 hour.
